How it works
We build your customer portal, internal tool, dashboard or MVP. At a fixed price. We start on Tuesday, you use it on Monday. Everything runs through our app, in writing.
- 1Build request
A form in our app. About 10 minutes. You see the price as you go.
- 2Fit check
Within 24 hours, not counting weekends and holidays, in writing: does it fit in 7 days or not, and why. If so, with your app's specification and brandbook.
- 3Build brief
Check the specification and brandbook, ask questions in the margin, and sign online.
- 4Deposit
50% in the app, by iDEAL. Your start date is fixed.
- 5Build week
From day 1, a preview of your real app. On day 2 that is the demo: you point at your feedback right on the screen.
- 6Live
Handover in the app: documentation, video, accounts and the IP transfer deed.
- 7After that
New requests on the build board, one at a time.
The build week
Start. Your preview is live the same day.
Demo: you point at your feedback in the preview.
Stop or carry on, until 09:00. Send your wishes before 12:00.
Test version. From here we finish, nothing new.
Live, with the handover in the app.
The stop button
After the demo on day 2, your decision maker can stop the build, until Thursday 09:00. You get your deposit back minus €1,500 excl. VAT (€1,815 incl. VAT), within 14 days.
It is a real button in your preview. Nobody has to call anyone.
The preview: point at it
From day 1 you use the real app inside our platform. On day 2 that preview is the demo. You don't describe your feedback, you point at it, and every pin says exactly what, where and for whom.
Bug
The app does not do what the build brief says. Bugs never count against your wishes.
Wish
Something different from, or in addition to, the build brief.
Question
A question about the app. We answer it in the preview.
What we build
Customer portal
Your customers see their orders, documents and invoices, and ask their questions in one place.
Internal tool
One painful spreadsheet process becomes an app your staff work in.
Dashboard
The figures from your own systems on one screen, for the people who decide.
MVP
A first working version for a pilot, investors or a subsidy milestone.
